How it works

You log a load the way you already do, in about thirty seconds. Everything below follows from that one habit.

   Reminders

   You set the monitoring day. We send a prompt when a test is due on your own schedule, and escalate to a second person if it goes unlogged.

2. 2

   Gap detection

   A strip of indicator tape per sterilizer, one square per week. Recorded weeks are striped, unrecorded weeks are blank. You can see a missing week from across the room.

3. 3

   Inspector export

   One button. A date range, a complete chronological PDF, every correction shown with its reason, and a hash on every page. Finding March stops taking ten minutes.

4. 4

   Capture

   Photograph the autoclave printout with the phone already in your hand. It attaches to the load, and it uploads later if the bay has no signal.

5. 5

   Durability

   Stored off-site, exportable in full at any time, and still there after a flood, a fire, or the person who kept the binder leaving.
